Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law — it applies to every order and you don't need to give a reason.
What we can accept
- Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with any tags and packaging.
- Items that are not damaged, marked, or scented with smoke, perfume or deodorant.
If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged through no fault of ours, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value or send the item back to you.
How to return
- Email info@kolpindustries.eu with your order number and the items you're returning.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the items securely and send them within 14 days of telling us.
You cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Use a tracked service where you can — until the parcel reaches us it stays your responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We may wait until the items arrive, or until you show proof of postage, whichever is sooner.
We refund the price of the returned items plus the standard outbound shipping you paid. If you chose a faster shipping option, we refund the standard rate only. For a partial return from a multi-pack, the pack discount is recalculated against the items you keep.
Exchanges
The quickest way to change a size or colour is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and photos. You're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer-sales law of your country of residence, at no cost to you. This is separate from the 14-day withdrawal right above.
