Popis
Compression socks work by squeezing hardest at the ankle and easing off as they go up, which supports the flow of blood back towards the heart. The problem has never been whether they work — it is that getting a tight sock over a tired foot is miserable.
KOLP Flow puts a reinforced zip down the inside of the leg. Open it, step in, pull it closed. A fabric guard sits behind the teeth so nothing catches. The knit is fine and breathable, the toe seam is flat, and the cuff is wide enough to hold the sock up without leaving a mark.
Velikost a střih
Pick your size by calf circumference, not shoe size — the calf is what the compression has to fit.
- S/M — shoe 36–40 EU, calf 23–36 cm
- L/XL — shoe 40–44 EU, calf 36–45 cm
- 2XL — shoe 44–48 EU, calf 45–56 cm
Measure the widest point of your calf, standing, with the tape snug but not pulled tight. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one: a sock that is too tight at the top defeats the point of graduated compression.
Záruka
14 days to return them, in line with your EU right of withdrawal. Flat EU shipping, free over the threshold shown at checkout.
For hygiene reasons we can only take socks back unworn and in their original packaging — try them on over a thin sock if you want to check the fit.
Péče
Machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle, zip closed, with similar colours. No fabric softener — it coats the elastane and the compression goes soft with it.
Dry flat or on a low tumble setting. Do not iron and do not boil-wash: heat is what kills the stretch.
FAQ
How long can I wear them?
A full day is fine. Put them on in the morning before any swelling starts, take them off at night. They are not meant to be slept in.
Which leg does the zip go on?
Both socks are the same and the zip runs down the inside of the leg, so there is no left or right to get wrong.
Will they fit under boots?
Yes. The knit is thin and the zip lies flat, so they go under work boots and trainers without bulk.
Is 15–20 mmHg the right strength?
It is the everyday class, the one usually suggested for travel, desk days and long shifts on your feet. Higher medical classes are prescribed, not bought off a shelf — ask your doctor.
How it works in practice
Heavy legs
By evening your legs have done more than you have.
Long shifts, long flights, long hours at a desk — the whole time, blood has to travel back up against gravity. The result is familiar: tight calves, puffy ankles, a ring where the sock sat, and a heaviness that sitting down does not fix.
Compression is the obvious answer. The reason most people give up on it is simpler than it sounds: a proper compression sock is genuinely hard to get on, and the ones that are easy to get on are not doing much.
The zip

A side zip, so putting them on takes seconds
Open the zip, slide your foot in, pull it closed. No wrestling it over the heel, no second person, no sitting on the edge of the bed working up to it. The zip runs down the inside of the leg with a fabric guard behind it, so it never catches skin and never jams halfway.
- Open, step in, zip up
- Fabric guard behind the teeth
- No help needed
The compression

15–20 mmHg, firmest at the ankle
The pressure is graduated, not uniform: strongest around the ankle and easing as it climbs the calf. That gradient is the whole mechanism — it supports blood moving back up towards the heart instead of settling around your ankles. 15–20 mmHg is the everyday class, the one normally suggested for travel, desk days and long hours standing.
- Firmest at the ankle
- Eases towards the knee
- Holds without pinching at the top
The knit

Breathable enough to wear all summer
A fine elastic knit moves air and pulls moisture away, so feet stay dry through a full shift instead of turning clammy by lunchtime. The toe seam is flat and sits off the pressure points, and the ribbed cuff is wide enough to hold the sock up without cutting a line into your calf.
- Moisture-wicking knit
- Flat toe seam
- Wide cuff that does not bite
All day

Built for twelve hours, not twelve minutes
Reinforced heel and toe where socks give out first, a knit that keeps its compression wash after wash, and a cuff that is still where you left it at the end of the shift. Put them on in the morning and stop thinking about them.
Who wears them

For standing days and sitting days alike
Nurses, hospitality, retail, warehouses and trades — anyone whose day happens on their feet. Drivers, long-haul passengers and anyone anchored to a desk. Runners who want their calves back the next morning. It is the same problem each time: legs asked to hold one position for too long.
- Work shifts and night shifts
- Flights and long drives
- Recovery after training
Why compression
What compression actually does
Lighter legs, less fatigue
Graduated pressure supports blood on its way back up, so calves feel less heavy at the end of a long day.
Less swelling
Even, measured pressure helps limit the fluid that gathers around ankles and calves when you stand still, sit still or fly.
Support you can feel
An anatomical knit keeps the sock exactly where you put it — firm through the calf, never pinching at the top.
Everyday support, not a medical device. With a diagnosed vein or circulation condition, ask your doctor which compression class suits you.

FAQ
Questions and answers
How do I choose my size?
By calf circumference, measured at the widest point while standing — not by shoe size. S/M covers 23–36 cm, L/XL 36–45 cm and 2XL 45–56 cm. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
Can I wear them all day?
Yes. Put them on in the morning before swelling starts and take them off at night. They are not meant to be slept in.
How do I wash them?
30 °C gentle cycle with the zip closed, no fabric softener, dry flat or on low heat. Softener and hot washes are what take the stretch out of compression knit.
Are these a medical product?
No. 15–20 mmHg is the everyday support class you can buy without a prescription. Higher medical classes are prescribed and fitted — if you have a diagnosed vein condition, diabetes or an arterial problem, speak to your doctor first.
When will they arrive?
Flat-rate EU shipping, usually 3–5 working days depending on the country. The exact cost and the free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout.
